Stephen teaches bookbinding every week at his studio in Frome. "We make unusual sketchbooks, diaries, and photo albums. I also teach people how to rebind and conserve their own antiquarian books". |
"My goal is to equip you with the skills and knowledge that will enable you to create handsome hand bound books at home and transform your bookshelves into something wonderful. Many years ago I studied Fine Art at Central St Martins before learning bookbinding at Dartington College with Mary Bartlett. I’ve worked in education for 10 years and I am passionate about conservation and restoration". |
